Principle
Drum Head (Wide Sanding Belt) Module
Positioned at the front of the machine, the drum head module performs primary deburring, oxide removal, and surface smoothing. It prepares the material by removing burrs and imperfections, creating a clean foundation for subsequent fine finishing.
Rotary Brush Module
At the middle stage, the rotary brush module performs precise edge rounding and light surface refinement. Multiple offset brushes rotate and oscillate to create smooth, consistent R-radius edges while evening out minor surface variations. This ensures all contours—internal and external—are uniformly treated before final polishing.
Polishing Bar Module
Located at the end of the conveyor, the polishing bar module delivers a fine, linear surface finish with a subtle, aesthetic grain. It refines the texture produced by previous stages into a smooth, uniform pattern ideal for decorative components or coating-ready parts.
Workpiece Retention & Conveyor Module
The SRP employs a high-damping conveyor belt with variable frequency speed control for stable, vibration-free operation. Workpieces are securely held by AirLock® vacuum adsorption or MagniLock® magnetic retention systems, ensuring precise alignment and steady movement throughout all processing stages for consistent, high-quality results.
