Principle
Drum Head (Wide Sanding Belt) Module
This deburring module features a single wide sanding belt drum head at the front, responsible for deburring, deslagging, and surface brushing. Built with Evotec’s automated abrasive compensation and tracking control, the module efficiently removes vertical burrs and surface imperfections common in laser-cut parts.
Rotary Brush Module
Unlike multi-brush systems, FabGo includes a single rotary brush designed for targeted edge rounding and light surface finishing. It’s optimized for smaller parts, delivering smooth R-edge profiles across outer contours and select internal features, without compromising consistency.
Workpiece Retention & Conveyor Module
The conveyor system features a high-damping belt with variable frequency speed control, ensuring smooth, stable transport during processing. Workpieces are securely held in place through a combination of pressure rollers and either high-negative-pressure vacuum adsorption or high-strength magnetic retention, depending on the material type. This system maintains precise alignment and stability throughout each finishing stage.
