Finishing both sides of a sheet metal part has always meant stopping the line, flipping parts by hand, and refeeding them — a bottleneck that slows output and wears out operators. Positioned between two Evotec finishing machines, the Flipper automatically inverts an entire batch of parts mid-process, so deburring, slag removal, and edge rounding are completed on both sides in a single uninterrupted run.
