HSR
When conventional deburring and deslagging machines fall short, the SlagMaster HSR takes over. Designed for extreme-duty applications, it effortlessly tackles the heaviest slag and most stubborn burrs that standard systems cannot handle. With precision-engineered technology, it not only removes severe imperfections but also ensures smooth, refined edges—delivering parts that are fully prepped for the next stage of fabrication.
- Maximum Width (mm):800, 1000, or 1300
- Abrasive Modules:Slag Hammer x1 set, Drum Heads x1, Rotary Brushes up to 8
- Processable Materials:Stainless and carbon steel
- Power (kW):39, 50, or 79
The SlagMaster HSR is purpose-built for heavy-duty fabrication environments, where thick slag, burrs, and rough-cut parts demand uncompromising power. Equipped with the Slag Hammer for pre-treatment and dual drum heads for refinement, it transforms raw, uneven surfaces into clean, uniform finishes. From flame-cut to plasma-cut parts, HSR delivers reliable, production-grade results in a single, continuous process.

Unstoppable Power for Heavy Slag
Engineered for extreme workloads, SlagMaster HSR excels in high processing intensity and heavy-duty material removal. With powerful edge rounding and consistent surface finishing, it dominates demanding fabrication environments where thick slag and tough burrs are common.

Principle
Slag Hammer Module
Located at the front of the system, the Slag Hammer module uses a rotating chain with hardened pins to break down heavy slag and large burrs, especially from plasma- and flame-cut parts. Positioned ahead of the drum head, it protects the sanding belt by preparing the surface for the next stage.
Drum Head (Wide Sanding Belt) Module
The drum head module follows the Slag Hammer and performs high-precision surface brushing, deslagging, and residual burr removal. With automated abrasive compensation and belt tracking, it ensures smooth surface leveling and readies the part for edge finishing.
Rotary Brush Module
Offset rotary brushes cover the entire surface area, assisting with light deslagging and deburring. Their primary role is edge rounding and non-directional finishing, delivering consistent R-radius chamfering across external edges and internal features.
Workpiece Retention & Conveyor Module
A high-damping conveyor belt with adjustable speed provides stable transport. Workpieces are securely held using pressure rollers and either vacuum or magnetic retention, maintaining alignment and control throughout the process.
