Evotec at Blechexpo 2025: A Strong Step Forward With Our Partners at 1A Maschinen

Blechexpo 2025 has officially wrapped, and this year’s show in Stuttgart became an important milestone for Evotec’s growth in Europe. Together with our regional distributor 1A Maschinen, we welcomed visitors at Hall 5, Stand 5212 and showcased two of our key solutions: the FabGo 300 and the SurfeX SRS 1300.

What we didn’t expect—was how strongly the market responded.

What We Experienced at the Show

This year’s Blechexpo felt different. The conversations were deeper. The interest was more focused. And across the four-day event, a few themes stood out clearly:

1. Leading-brand distributors showed surprising enthusiasm

We were genuinely encouraged to see well-established, top-tier European distributors approaching us with serious interest. Many expressed that Evotec’s technology and product quality have already “entered their radar,” and Blechexpo helped confirm their confidence.

2. Visitors loved our HMI and user-friendly interaction

Our redesigned interface—built for clarity, precision, and operator comfort—became one of the most discussed topics at the booth. Many visitors shared that Evotec’s HMI feels “modern,” “intuitive,” and “simply easier to use” compared to what they currently have on the shop floor.

3. Customers were impressed by the build quality

From fit-and-finish to machine rigidity, attendees repeatedly highlighted the premium feel of our equipment. Many said the machines “look and feel like high-end European systems,” reinforcing our mission to deliver globally competitive quality.

4. Demand for metal finishing machines continues to grow

Fabricators across Europe shared the same challenges—labor shortages, rising throughput demands, and increasing coating requirements. As a result, interest in deburring, edge rounding, and surface finishing automation was noticeably higher than in previous years.

This trend strongly aligns with our vision: helping manufacturers “Step Up” with smarter, more efficient finishing workflows.

What We Showcased

FabGo 300

Designed for laser-cut part fabricators looking for a reliable, cost-efficient finishing solution. Visitors appreciated its simplicity, stable performance, and the value it delivers to small and mid-size shops.

SurfeX SRS 1300

Our line-grain finishing and edge-rounding machine drew continuous attention—especially from manufacturers focusing on aesthetics and coating prep. Many commented on the consistency of the grain pattern and the overall smoothness of the finish.
