Evotec Brings Its Industry-Leading 3-Year Warranty to the Global Market

First introduced in early 2025 in select international markets across Europe and Asia, the program set a new benchmark for buyer confidence in a market where manufacturers typically stand behind their machines for just twelve months. After more than a year of proven performance, Evotec is now making the same coverage available to fabricators everywhere.

"We proved this program in Europe and Asia, and now every Evotec customer worldwide gets the same promise. While most of the industry stops at one year, we give our customers three — it's the confidence we have in our own engineering, written into a commitment."

The 3-year warranty is built on Evotec's core integrated systems — servo-driven positioning accurate to 0.01 mm, intelligent maintenance monitoring, and multi-layered safety protection — that keep machines running reliably in high-volume production environments. At the heart of the coverage is the machine structure itself: the precision-engineered body that holds every sanding module and component in stable alignment, and the foundation of the low-maintenance reliability Evotec customers expect. All structural and non-motorized components are covered for the full 3-year term, while motorized components carry the industry-standard one-year coverage. As with all finishing equipment, abrasives and other consumable wear items are excluded.
