Terms and Conditions
- Market eligibility. All promotional offers are available to the United States market only.
- $800 (USD) voucher — early registration. The $800 (USD) cash voucher is limited to the first 20 registrations (a total of $16,000 (USD) in vouchers). Once 20 have been issued, the $800 (USD) offer closes.
- $1,000 (USD) voucher — no quantity limit. The $1,000 (USD) cash voucher is not capped by number of registrations.
- One of each per company. Each company is eligible for a maximum of one $800 (USD) voucher and one $1,000 (USD) voucher.
- One voucher per machine. Only one voucher may be applied to any single machine purchase. Vouchers cannot be combined on the same machine. A company may apply its two vouchers to two separate machines — for example, an $800 (USD) voucher toward one machine and a $1,000 (USD) voucher toward another.
- Eligible purchases. The $800 (USD) voucher applies to any Evotec machine. The $1,000 (USD) voucher applies only to main machine purchases — including deburring and leveling machines. Automation systems and add-ons are excluded from the $1,000 (USD) voucher.
- Exclusions. Vouchers do not apply to abrasive consumables. The one-year free abrasive consumables provided under Offer 2 is a separate benefit and does not affect voucher eligibility.
- Expiration. Vouchers expire one year from the date of issuance.
- Demo machine — free delivery. Free delivery of the demonstration machine is available only for delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
- Demo machine — purchase deadline. The demonstration machine must be purchased by October 31, 2026 to qualify for the show offers.
- Modification. Evotec reserves the right to modify or withdraw these offers at any time.
